Here's a simple sauce recipe thats perfectly spiced with smoked paprika. Enjoy w/ falafels, grilled fish, or steamed vegetables.
- 1 cup Unpasteurized Yogurt
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped Cilantro
- 1 few pinched of Sea Salt
- freshly cracked Black Pepper
1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and gently whisk in the remainder of the ingredients until thoroughly incorporated. Taste, adjust salt as preferred. Serve.
