We are blessed to have a wide assortment of berries growing on our property. Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, mulberry, elderberry, and blackberries can be found in abundance throughout our land. Come mid June, daily harvests allow us to incorporate these flavorful, antioxidant rich fruits into our meals. One of our favorite meals, Wilder's especially is the Berry Bowl. After harvesting, we top a big bowl of full fat yogurt or raw Jersey cow cream with fresh berries, dried coconut and whatever nuts and seeds we have available. A touch of vanilla and maple syrup make this a light, yet satiating meal that keeps us going for hours.
