A majority of the food I source comes from within a 30 mile radius of my home. Beyond that, I am grateful for the various food producers in the state who supply me with everything from wild caught fish to oyster mushrooms. Over the years, I have been able to develop relationships with many of the farms who produce the foods I serve to you. This relationship allows me to directly support individuals, couples, and small families. I serve the foods I would eat myself or serve to my friends and family, cooking from scratch, and avoiding the industrialized food system.
